Specifications:
The Annals of Clinical & Laboratory
Science, published since 1971, is issued quarterly (Winter, Spring, Summer,
Autumn); there is one volume per year; the index is printed in the Autumn
issue. Subscriptions begin with the
Winter issue. There are no refunds for
cancellations during the subscription term. Volume 41 will be published during
2011. The Annals
of Clinical & Laboratory Science publishes original research and
reviews in clinical science, including pathology, clinical chemistry,
biotechnology, molecular biology, cytogenetics, microbiology, immunology,
hematology, transfusion medicine, transplantation, therapeutics, toxicology,
and informatics. The focus is on
clinical diagnosis, prognosis, or therapy, emphasizing laboratory procedures,
technological innovations, and therapeutic advances. The Annals is valuable to physicians,
clinical scientists, and researchers who use laboratory methods to diagnose
human diseases, evaluate their prognosis, and monitor their therapy.
Online Edition: ACLS-Online
is produced in conjunction with Stanford University’s HighWire Press. ACLS-Online
contains the full content of the Annals back to 2001. The text is searchable by
keyword, and cited references include hyperlinks to Medline and to the full
text of many other biomedical journals.
Full use of ACLS-Online is password-controlled and available to
individuals and institutions with paid subscriptions.
Non-subscribers have access without charge to the Table of Contents and
Abstracts of all issues, plus full text of issues published two or more
years previously.
Terms
of Payment: Subscriptions are prepaid; payment must accompany the order. A check payable in US dollars to the Association of Clinical Scientists
should be sent to 6431 Fannin Street, MSB2.292, Houston, TX 77030 USA. Alternatively,
payment may be made by credit card (American Express, Visa, or MasterCard) and
sent by fax to 713-344-1144. Please
supply the credit card number, its expiration date, name of the cardholder, and
an authorized signature. Payment by inter-bank transfer is not accepted. Each subscription order should include an order
number, the individual or institutional subscriber's name, the postal address
for print copies, and the e-mail address of the person to be contacted with
subscription access information. When the order and payment are received, the person
will be sent an e-mail message that contains an access code and simple instructions
on how to activate the online subscription.
