Yes, when you complete the subscription process, you will receive a user name and a password. You are the only one licensed to use this password.
We have instructions for what to do if you forget your user name or your password. Details about how to do this will be included as part of the subscription process.
If your institution has a paper or online only subscription, it will be eligible to have an electronic version of the journal. In so doing, you will automatically have access to the tables of contents, abstracts, full-text searching, full text display, PDFs, Medline and GenBank links, and future tables of contents. You'll also see a button at the top of the page confirming you're signed in as part of an institution.
If your institution does not have a paper subscription, it can get the electronic version of ACLS. If you would like to have an institutional subscription, please contact your local librarian.
Individual (Non-Member) subscriptions are available to individuals, providing them with a paper and/or electronic version of the journal. Members of the Association of Clinical Scientists are eligible for Member Subscriptions to ACLS, providing them with a paper and electronic version of the journal. Members and Non-Members may also have access to ACLS Online through an Institutional Subscription. Institutional Subscriptions are somewhat more limited than Member Subscriptions. The special member services are not available to non-member subscribers, and full-text access from off of the institution's network (e.g. home access) is not available.
You may wish to apply for membership
or you may wish to purchase an Individual (Non-Member) print or online only subscription, either of which
provides access to the electronic version.
Without a subscription you have access to
Tables of contents, abstracts, and full text searching (without full text viewing)
at no cost and without having to register.
Information about Association of Clinical Scientists Membership and application forms are available from the Association.
