The Annals of Clinical & Laboratory Science (ISSN 0091-7370) is published quarterly (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn, one volume/year) by the Association of Clinical Scientists, 270 Barnes Road, Whiting, VT 05778 USA; Tel: 802 462 2507; Fax: 802 462 2673; E-mail: clinsci@sover.net; Online edition: http://www.annclinlabsci.org. The Annals is printed on acid-free paper. Periodicals postage is paid at Middlebury, VT 05753, and at additional mailing offices. ACLS-Online edition (ISSN: 1550-8080)
ACLS-Online is produced in conjunction with Stanford University's HighWire Press. ACLS-Online contains the full content of the Annals back to 2001. The text is searchable by keyword, and cited references include hyperlinks to Medline and to the full text of many other biomedical journals. Abstracts are accessible back to 1975. ACLS-Online is supported by a grant from the Institute for Clinical Science and Art. Full use of ACLS-Online is password-controlled and available to individuals and institutions with paid subscriptions. Non-subscribers have access without charge to the Table of Contents and Abstracts of recent issues, plus the full text of issues published two or more years previously. Non-subscribers may purchase online access for a 7-day period to current individual articles for $7.00, payable only by credit card and non-refundable.

Subscription rates
Subscription rates for the Year 2008 are listed here. Annual subscriptions start with the Winter issue. Subscriptions are prepaid; payment in U.S. dollars should accompany the order. Provide the subscriber's name, mailing address, and e-mail address. Payments are made by check payable to the Association of Clinical Scientists or by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard). For credit card payments, supply the card number, name as imprinted, expiration date, and an authorized signature. When the payment is received, the subscriber will receive by letter an access code for the online subscription.

Abstracting and indexing
The Annals of Clinical & Laboratory Science is made available for abstracting and indexing in print and/or electronic format in Chemical Abstracts, Current Contents/Clinical Medicine, Current Contents/Life Sciences, Current Awareness in Biological Sciences/BIOBASE, Excerpta Medica/EMBASE, Index Medicus/MEDLINE, Pascal Database, and Science Citation Index, and SIIC Database (Sociedad Iberoamericana de Informacion Cientifica).
