Corrections and Amplifications

Addition of an author to a paper published in the previous issue of the Annals

To the Editor:

During the publication phase of our article entitled Morphometric and Pharmacoproteomic Rationale for mTOR Effectors as Therapeutic Targets in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (Brown RE, et al, Ann Clin Lab Sci 2006;36(3):273-282), we were made aware of the contributions of Waldemar Riefkohl, who as a resident physician in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA, provided relevant clinical informtion on the patients included in the study as part of the original review of the medical records. His contribution warranted authorship on this publication and we, the authors, regret this inadvertent omission and request that this statement be printed in the Annals to correct the record.
